It’s impossible not to scratch an itch, I’ve tried.  And the itches that feel like they’re inside of your body?  How does that even happen!

Well, the last few months I’ve had one of those deep tissue itches, and I’ve been scratching it like cray cray.

It all started when I noticed this very interesting common denominator amongst my students.  Yes, they were all brilliant, but they were also something else…..

THEY WERE ALL BUILDING THEIR NEXT-CHAPTER BUSINESS.

All of them were taking their 20+ years of high-level expertise, and striking out on their own to create their Second Act career.

Courageous?  Abso-effing-lutely.
